Use a reference that survives the visit

Similar cabinets and repeated street works are easy to confuse. Add the site or cabinet reference and task in a note, alongside the photo’s time and location.

Photograph work while it is visible

Plan the photo sequence around the installation. Include an overview and a closer view where labels or connection details matter.

  • Site reference and initial condition.
  • Visible installation and connection details.
  • Restored surface and remaining work.

Keep each work package together

Use a consistent project naming habit in TeamSpace. Put the area reference in the notes so office colleagues can distinguish visits without asking the crew to explain every image.

Make the next review easier

Select photos that explain the job in order and share them as a clear update or photo report. Describe checks actually completed in the notes; a photo of an installation does not itself report a test result.
