Make similar sites easier to tell apart

A corridor, a pump, or a repaired door may look almost identical across several jobs. Location details help reviewers connect the picture to the right site. Add a building or unit reference when an address alone is not specific enough.

Check location before capturing

Allow location access and check the displayed result at the site. GPS reception can be weaker indoors or around tall structures. If the result looks wrong or is unavailable, wait for a better reading and record the exact work area in a note.

  • Choose the location fields your team needs.
  • Check the address and coordinates on the preview.
  • Add a floor, unit, asset number, or site label.

Keep only the details the job needs

Choose a readable template without filling the photo with unnecessary fields. Before sharing outside the team, review whether the address or other location details should be visible to that recipient.
