Identify the area before the task

Rooms can look alike across a large building. Add the client site, floor or room, and service task to the photo notes so a supervisor knows which area is being reviewed.

Show the change from a similar viewpoint

Take an initial photo before cleaning and a comparable view after the task. Add detail shots for a stain, damaged fixture, or area that needs another visit.

  • Before: the assigned area and visible condition.
  • After: the same view with the completed work.
  • Follow-up: supplies, access issues, or unresolved items.

Keep the team’s records consistent

Use a shared Timeprint watermark template with readable time, location, and task notes. Keep the stamp away from the surface the client needs to inspect.

Hand over a useful service update

Organize visits in TeamSpace by the client site. Share the relevant photo pair or a short report, with a clear note about work still pending. A tidy room photo should not be used to claim an unseen task was completed.
