Send photos when the image itself is the deliverable

Individual photos are useful for a small update or when someone needs to inspect and reuse an image. Select the relevant files and make the context readable. Ask for the recipient’s preferred file method when image quality matters; a preview inside a conversation may not be the same as the source file.

Choose ZIP for a group of files

ZIP is useful when the recipient needs several image files together. Organize the selection before packaging: remove accidental duplicates and keep the files needed for the job. After exporting, open the archive and check that it contains the intended pictures. ZIP groups files; it does not explain their order or meaning on its own.

Use PDF for an ordered reading experience

A photo report suits a supervisor or client who needs to read a sequence. Arrange the pictures to show the initial condition, the action, and the result. Check that labels and stamps remain readable on a normal screen. If the recipient also needs reusable images, provide the relevant image files alongside the document.

Check the handover from the other side

Timeprint provides photo sharing and ZIP/PDF options in supported flows. Choose the available option that fits the task, then open the result before sending. For a shared web record, check that the link opens the intended project and that its access fits the recipient.

  • Small visual update: selected photos.
  • Group of reusable files: ZIP.
  • Ordered review document: PDF.
  • Ongoing project review: an appropriate shared project page.
