Pick the photos that tell the story
Use a short, deliberate set: the starting condition, the work that changed it, and the finished result. Remove accidental duplicates from the selection, while retaining the source records in your project.
Match the format to the next action
Choose individual photos when someone needs to inspect or reuse images. ZIP keeps a group of files together. PDF is useful when a reviewer needs to read the selected photos as a document. Use the export options shown in your version of Timeprint.

Review the exported result
Open the completed file before sending it. Check the photo order, readable stamps, and whether the important detail remains visible. An export is ready when the recipient can use it, not merely when a progress indicator finishes.
