Match the photo to the order

When several orders travel together, use a short order reference. At pickup, record the visible bag or package without exposing unnecessary customer details.

Make the drop-off recognizable

At the agreed drop-off point, frame the package with enough surroundings to identify its placement. Check the location shown in Timeprint and add a useful entrance or unit note where needed.

  • Order reference and pickup stage.
  • Recognizable drop-off point and package placement.
  • A factual note if access or handover was different.

Keep the note brief

Use a readable time and location watermark. Write what happened, such as “left at agreed reception desk,” rather than treating a photograph as confirmation that a customer received the order.

Send the relevant photo

Review the image before sharing it through your normal work process. Keep the order reference readable and unrelated people or private details out of the frame. Timeprint provides photo records; follow the delivery platform’s own completion process.
