Record the moment while you work
A photo of a finished task is easier to understand when the date and time are visible. Capture the work in Timeprint and choose a watermark layout that leaves the important detail unobstructed.
Give the date a useful context
Use a short note to distinguish an arrival photo, a progress update, and a completion photo. A timestamp identifies a moment; the note explains what the crew was doing at that moment.
- Check the displayed date and time before the first photo.
- Include a project, room, or equipment reference.
- Open the saved photo and check that the stamp is readable.
Keep the record useful after sharing
Send the saved watermarked image when the recipient needs to read its time directly. Keep the original capture alongside your working records. Visible stamps provide context; they are not a separate photo-authentication service.
